Concord House Painting Project
This lovely colonial style Boston home is located in Concord, Massachusetts. LIME Painting of Boston’s scope of work included repainting all of the window trim, front door, front door entrance, portico, facia, soffits, parts of the body/walls and shutters. Our skilled carpenters replaced the crown molding trim, and window trim across the entire home. Our Carpenters installed new gutters and downspouts on the garage side of the home, and repaired the water damage caused by the old, leaky gutters. We constructed a beautiful new portico for the homeowner so that they can sit on their newly built bluestone platform built by LIME of Boston’s masonry team. The mason demo ‘ed the customers old concrete platform and brick walkway, and built a brand new walkway and platform for the homeowner. The paint used on the home was Benjamin Moore Regal Select for the trim and Ben Moore Arborcoat on parts of the body.

As part of our “Going Green” movement, all of the paint we use is either Low- or No VOC paint. We offer a standard 12-month guarantee on exterior paint, with an option to extend the guarantee up to 36 months through our LIME Loyalty Membership package.
