LIME Painting was called in to repair stucco damage caused by woodpeckers. During the inspection, it was discovered that the gutters were leaking, the fascia boards were water-damaged, and many of the exterior coatings had faded. LIME Painting addressed these issues by repairing the stucco damage, replacing the water-damaged fascia boards, installing new gutters, and repainting the exterior of the home. To revitalize the faded shutters, a vinyl-safe mixture of Duration paint in Black Magic was chosen. This color was also applied to the metal roofs and front door to ensure a cohesive appearance. Additionally, the client selected Accessible Beige for the stucco and sunroom to brighten the overall look.
