This beautiful American Foursquare home constructed in Lakewood-Balmoral in 1908 required a full exterior repaint, in a two-color scheme of Jade Dragon and Dover White.
We used Duration® Exterior Paint from Sherwin-Williams for the siding and trim of the home and Porch & Floor enamel from Sherwin-Williams for the front porch. These products were selected to enhance and protect the wood, while staying looking newer, longer. For the deck in the back of the home, we used SuperDeck® Deck Care System in Redwood. Last, the owner opted to use a solid stain for the garage body so we selected WoodScapes® Solid Stain (not shown).
During the preparation phase, our skilled carpenters replaced damaged and rotted boards as needed.
While doing the estimate, we noticed that the mortar joints on the foundation were extensively worn, so prior to LIME starting on the job, we had one of our referral partners out to re-tuck point the entire foundation.
