Lime was a pleasure to do business with from the first call! From their prompt response to our request for quote, amount of time spent with us to fully understand our requests for this project, as well as presenting a detailed, professional electronic quote. Work started as planned with a power washing team prior to painting. That contractor did a good job to get the house ready. We had severely unprotected HardiePlank, that needed 2 coats most of the way around as well as attention to a half dozen cracks that needed to be maintenanced and protected. So much high up work too, some of which had to be done by roller, such as the Cupola and some of the dormers and trim. We also had an extraordinary amount of caulking necessary around all of the windows. The crew that was assigned our project was impressive. They had an attention to detail and a respect for our home/property that was unmatched by other contractors we have had on property. When we saw something we needed addressed, there was no pushback. Jose and his team just responded and respected our input. They worked throughly and quickly from start to clean up. We will have Lime Painting of Columbus back for some interior work and I have already sent them several referrals. We had an outstanding experience using LIME painting this summer for our extensive outside trim as well as the restoration and staining of our front door. The LIME team also replaced the damaged wood trim around several windows. We got quotes from three other companies and chose LIME for their consultative approach, their expertise, and their competitive quote. The crew was simply amazing! They were here first thing each morning and worked until dark. They were efficient, friendly, neat and tireless working during the hottest week of this summer.
