This project began in 2024 and involved the removal of existing stucco that revealed extensive hidden damage beneath the surface. While the vertical beams remained structurally sound, significant areas of rotted material required careful reconstruction. New windows had been installed just prior to our work, allowing for a seamless exterior upgrade. Originally planned as a stucco repair and replacement, the persistent issue of woodpecker damage prompted the client to consider a more durable alternative. The solution: a full transition to stone siding. The final result is a beautifully enhanced exterior with reinforced structural integrity and long-term protection from woodpecker intrusion.
