A selfless customer service-oriented approach to doing business leaves the customer with a lasting impression that validates the product or service purchased. A customer who walks away from a transaction with the satisfaction of great service will return time and time again. The customer converts from shopper to brand loyalist and ambassador. This is the sweet spot and gains long-term customers who spread the word. When you create a connection above and beyond the transaction, the customer will be invested with his heart and not just his pocketbook.
A prosperous tribe is a loving tribe that is inspired by its craft
By far, the strongest emotion on planet earth is love. It may seem cliché, but fundamentally, the power of love is transformative. Love has the ability to unite, to overcome, and to conquer. Its most important characteristic is that it unites. Within a company, there are many tribes that make up an organization. Although these tribes coexist within the same boundaries of an organization, they have many differences and similarities. That’s what makes each tribe unique and special. Each is a living and breathing entity. From a cultural standpoint, it is integral to foster a culture that embraces and deploys love, as this love will be the unifier that radiates outside the boundaries of the organization and into the world.
