ABOUT THIS PROJECT

ASSESSMENT: We met Stephanie on a cold winter day. She was concerned about major cracks developing in the stucco. She was not aware of options and how and if you could repair them. We did a thorough walk around the home identifying handfuls of small vertical and horizontal cracks. Also, a portion of the cement driveway wall was crumbling and heavy flaking of the concrete coating was noticeable. We also noticed the corner of multiple gutters were leaking and causing the wood soffits and stucco to attract more moisture and breakdown in those specific areas. Also, there were vines growing over the top of the property wall/fence attracting moisture so we had some recommendations.

ADVISE: Lime power washed this beautiful home in need of some TLC. We thoroughly spot primed every crack in the the stucco on this large 2 story home. All joints and seams were elastomeric caulked. Next we removed the old smaller 5 inch leaking gutters and installed new 6 inch gutters appropriate in size for the home and tile roof. After masking and taping off windows and the home thoroughly we sprayed the home with SW Duration Satin. There were areas of the stucco that were dry and soaking in the paint so Limes experienced craftsmen painters did a spot coverage coat to blend specific areas to consistency. We sanded, stained, and restored her entry door and cedar fence and the home was completely restored to beauty. Stephanie has been a Lime advocate for 3 years now and is a solid phone reference for us. We are so thankful to have met her.
