Historic Restoration Project in Denver Country Club
The DCC is one of Denver’s most iconic and premier neighborhoods and home to many historic properties, which LIME specializes in restoring.
Assessment: Located just two blocks north of the Denver Country Club, this 1928 brick mansion was in need of a meticulous paint crew to protect the painted trim and windows on the home. The majority of the home still had its original windows, and the paint on the windows had become very cracked and peeled, especially on water prone bases of the windows. The homeowners wanted to keep the original patina that the brick had achieved, so LIME did not service any of the brick body. With over a dozen second story dormers, more than fifty windows and screens, and plenty of elevated fascia on the home, LIME had the immense privilege of displaying its craftsmanship on this challenging and weathered home.
