Metal Restoration Project in Denver Country Club
Assessment: The iron items on this home had rusted and faded, leaving a worn look on the majority of the metal items. Although iron is durable, aesthetically the iron gates needed a coating to prevent further rust and give a fresh new look.
Advice: The overall appearance of this home gives a distressed and patinaed look. Although this was the case, LIME knew that coating certain metal items to eliminate the rusted look would not only protect the metal from further weathering, but also make a world a difference on the aesthetics of the home. A direct to metal coating by Sherwin Williams was applied to the gates, leaving a jet-black satin finish. These custom metal gates called for a custom result and LIME executed the custom application to leave a lasting impression.
