Port Royal Exterior Restoration Project
We recently had the pleasure of transforming this beautiful home in Port Royal. The scope of the project included comprehensive exterior painting and masonry repair, as the stem wall was showing significant signs of cracking and deterioration.
For the exterior surfaces, we used Duration by Sherwin-Williams, a high-performance paint known for its durability and weather resistance. Our team also restored the natural beauty of the wood entry door and garage doors. The entry door was sealed with Minwax Spar Urethane for superior protection and a rich finish, while the garage doors were treated with Sikkens ProLuxe from PPG to enhance their natural grain and provide long-lasting durability.
Additionally, we refinished the metal railings using Sher-Cryl from Sherwin-Williams, ensuring a sleek, corrosion-resistant finish.
The homeowner was thrilled with the final result—and we’ve already been engaged by several neighbors to work on their homes as well. It’s always an honor to have our work speak for itself in the community!
