Angela Coté is the founder of AC Inc., a franchise consulting firm focused on transforming franchisee support across the industry. As the daughter of the founder of M&M Meat Shops, now M&M Food Markets, Angela was raised in franchising, from dressing as a mascot at grand openings to coaching franchisees and becoming a successful multi-unit owner. She and her husband brought the brand to Vancouver Island and built three locations valued at over 1.5 million before successfully exiting.
In 2016 she began working with emerging franchisors as a Franchise Growth Catalyst, guiding them toward strategic and scalable growth. In 2019 she launched AC Inc. and built a team committed to helping franchise systems improve performance through meaningful support, coaching, and leadership. Angela has been featured in numerous podcasts and publications and has received awards including the Douglas 10 to Watch and the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce New Business Award.
