He began with LIME in 2020 during COVID, starting as a Visual Reality Consultant before opening the Colorado Springs market in 2021 and quickly expanding to Castle Rock. Known for his calm leadership and strong work ethic, Matt empowers his team to think like business owners while staying dedicated to clients.
