ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Assessment: Located just 2 blocks north of the Denver Country Club, this 1928 brick mansion was in need of a meticulous paint crew to protect the painted trim and windows on the home. The majority of the home still had its original windows and the paint on the windows had become very cracked and peeled especially on water prone bases of the windows. The homeowners wanted to keep the original patina that the brick had achieved so lime did not service any of the brick body. With over a dozen 2nd story dormers, 50+ windows and screens, and plenty of elevated fascia, Lime had the great privilege to displays it’s craftsmanship on this challenging and weathered home.
