Brad Penner, owner of LIME Painting of East Valley, is an Arizona native. He grew up playing football and basketball in the local community and attended college at Northern Arizona University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
He spent the next 21 years of his life dedicated to working in public safety, answering emergency calls and assisting the community he loves. Now retired, he has switched his focus to another need in the community- home restoration and maintenance services. His passion-driven dedication, love of real estate, and appreciation for fine architecture, inspired him to open his new business. His mission is to help homeowners fall in love with their homes again.
When he is not supervising his crews on a job site, or visiting clients to ensure their expectations have been met for completed projects, he enjoys a pick-up game of basketball at the local courts, and spending time with his family.
