The bid/proposal was thorough, detailing every expense and option available. The crew showed up when they said they would show up and were efficient. And the end product I am thrilled about. My house looks like new! (They even painted my exterior lights which I didn’t know you could do!). I would definitely recommend LIME painting! I hadn't heard of LIME Painting before Matt Fuss came to my door, but after listening to him (twice) and researching LIME Painting on the web we decided to have his Salt Lake City LIME franchise do the work we already knew our house needed--stucco repair on part of it and a new paint job (grey to yellow--see before and after photos) to seal up the fine stucco cracks on the large surfaces and around the windows. In addition, we elected to have some of our brickwork repaired (see photo), all the brickwork covered with a clear, protective coating, the 2 concrete casings around the two large front windows painted white (see photo), our light fixtures cleaned and repainted (see photos), the front door (inside and out) repainted white (see photo), and a recently replaced door on the back of the garage painted white (see photo). LIME is an acronym for Love, Integrity, Mission and Excellence and Matt proved to be a model for that. The more we worked with him the more we came to trust and like him. He is friendly, honest, knowledgable, attentive to detail, communicates well, was responsive to our change requests, a capable color consultant, and worked very hard to finish the project 2 days before we left on vacation, which proved to be a considerable challenge due to weather and product availability. One of his LIME painting crews did all the painting and coating and did an excellent job (see the photos). The brick and stucco repairs were subcontracted. Marcos Vargas is the owner, but I can't find a record of the business name. No complaints there, either. Now, did everything go perfectly? Does it ever on a home project? When we returned from vacation we found a few minor things that needed to be taken care of despite our walk-thru prior to leaving. And how did Matt react to our requests to have people come back out? No problem, no complaints, no whining, and promptly attended to, and when his crew couldn't get one of the light fixtures working again after being painted and reinstalled, he left me enough money (perhaps more than enough) to have an electrician come out and fix it, even though it could not be proved that it was working in the beginning. I consider that exceptionally customer-focused. This was at the top of the home improvement experiences we have had in our 44 years of home ownership. Thanks, Matt!
