This home underwent a significant transformation! We modernized the color scheme by using Sherwin Williams Alabaster White for the brick and stucco, and Chateau Brown in a high-performance DTM coating for all the aluminum trim. We also applied Romabio Limewash in Avorio white by hand, as the homeowner desired a specific amount of bleed-through from the stone while still whitening the grout. The homeowner was thrilled with the final outcome!
