LIME Painting exhibited at the 41st Annual 2023 CAI-IL Condo-HOA Conference & Expo on February 10th 2023 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, put on by the Community Associations Institute of Illinois (*CAI-IL). The Expo’s focus was “Connecting Communities”, and offered education sessions on legal updates, innovative trends, hot topics, and industry best practices, as well as opportunities to share, learn, network, and discuss challenges and solutions.
Over 5 hours, LIME Painting had a great time at the event connecting with property managers, HOA members, and homeowners, as well as other vendors. We took the time to educate all parties about the services we offered, including interior and exterior painting, gutter installation, entry and garage door refinishing, as well as many others, and how we could help them with their projects. This included the distribution of print materials with our services and links to our website to view our recent projects.
LIME Painting handed out pens for inking deals and stress balls for the times when things don’t go as planned. In the final hours of the event, drinks were served as the format switched to more “open networking”. This provided us with the opportunity to connect with other vendors and learn how our services can align. One connection made was with Earthpaint.org, a local company that recycles old paint, and which LIME Painting has already made a donation to since meeting them at the expo.
In attendance representing LIME Painting, was Adam Grzelak, Chris Hickernell, and Matt Owens. LIME Painting is looking forward to an upcoming event sponsored by ASA Chicago where we will be in attendance as well!
*CAI-IL serves the educational, business, and networking needs of the community association industry of Illinois and surrounding areas. Members include professional managers and community association volunteer leaders from condominium, cooperative, townhome and homeowners associations as well as those who provide products and services to associations.
