I received estimates from 3 other companies for my water disaster I had in my house. Basically we had a failure of an old iron pipe system on the 2nd floor and it rained down water through the house to the basement. It ruined all ceilings and walls on the way down. Everyone gave me an estimate and what they would do to fix the walls and ceilings that the plumbers ripped out to fix the situation. All estimates were a laundry list and a price. Not Lime painting. And yes they are not just painting! Matt took pictures and gave me a pdf report with pictures and a full description of what would be done in every area. The estimate was great. I also had them do some extra plaster work and paint above and beyond the water damage. Everything turned out perfect and you would never know there was damage.
