Matt Owens is the General Manager for LIME Painting of Chicago where he leads his team providing homeowners more than 40 different painting, coating, and surface restoration services through a team of subcontractors.
Matt brings to the LIME team and his customers experience in engineering focused on putting processes in place to do the job right the first time as well as embracing continuous improvement. He also has experience in sales management and working with customers to understand their needs and beyond their above expectations. Matt orchestrates the LIME team in their mission to help homeowners and businesses see the potential in their property and make that a reality.
Matt lives in Chicago and enjoys everything the city has to offer: the lake, parks, sports teams, architecture, museums, live blues, and food! He is also the incoming president for his BNI Chapter, Second City Referrals and the Development Committee Co-Chair for the Field Associates, a young professional organization in support of the Field Museum.

Born and raised in Chicago, Adam has extensive experience in painting and construction. It began at Benjamin Moore where he worked part-time while in high school. Little did he know that a few years later while working on his B.A. at Northeastern Illinois University he would find himself again in painting, this time at Sherwin Williams, where he later earned a promotion to management. 20+ years later, Adam’s passion for helping homeowners with their painting and remodeling needs continues to grow. As a Visual Reality Consultant for LIME, he continuously strives to optimize the highest level of customer satisfaction while utilizing his experience, management skills, and attention to detail. In his spare time, Adam enjoys cycling the beautiful bike paths along Lake Michigan with his wife and saying yes to new travel destinations. Adam is also a musician and plays piano, drums, and guitar.
Johnathan has more than sixteen years of experience in customer service. While at The Home Depot, Johnathan gained knowledge in management and strived to delight every customer. This has been a trend over his career in each profession that he worked. The skills he has gained in home improvement and customer service transfer well to LIME Painting where he continues his passion for customer service.
Johnathan was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago near Midway. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and basking in the sun while relaxing.
