I initially had a good experience with Lime Painting when they painted my entire house, but everything went downhill when it came time to finish my shutters. After waiting 8 months for approval from my neighborhood, I reached out to Cory to get the shutters painted. To my surprise, the price had jumped from $2,200 to $5,500, citing increased labor and material costs, as well as setup fees. When I requested a breakdown of these costs, Cory completely ignored my request. On top of that, I asked if they could at least reinstall the test shutters and repaint them in their original color since they removed them months earlier. Again, I received no response. The lack of communication and unexplained price increase left me extremely frustrated. While the painting work was decent, the customer service and follow-through were terrible.
