For this project, we used a premium combination of interior and exterior coatings to deliver lasting beauty and performance throughout the home. On the exterior, we applied Sherwin-Williams Loxon Primer followed by Loxon Self-Cleaning Acrylic Coating for superior protection, durability, and a clean, fresh appearance that resists dirt buildup over time.
Inside the home, walls were finished with Duration Home Interior Acrylic Latex for a durable, washable finish ideal for everyday living spaces. Trim and doors were coated with Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel, providing a smooth, furniture-grade finish with exceptional durability. In the entryway and yoga studio, we used KEIM Limewash to create a soft, natural texture and timeless character that adds warmth and elegance to these unique spaces.
