Old Village Home Exterior Trim and Railings Repaint, Entry Door Restoration
The owners of this home in the Old Village in Mt. Pleasant, SC, built in 2017, were anxious to list it for sale and needed our crews to do a good job, fast. We were able to help the owners out and finished the job in 4 days.
The scope of work included scraping off all of the old, peeling paint from the window trim, door trim, fascia, soffit and railings on the exterior of the home, and then applying a new coat. The owner chose paint from the Sherwin-Williams line for its many benefits. Next, we sanded down and re-stained the beautiful mahogany front door with a slightly darker shade of Benjamin Moore stain. To get the look the owner wanted to achieve, we applied 2 coats of stain and finished with a coat of polyurethane.
The owners were happy with what we were able to accomplish and listed the home for sale the same day that we finished the job.
