New Construction House, Located in the Old Village Neighborhood – Mount Pleasant

LIME Painting of Charleston Recently Completed an Interior and Exterior Painting Project for a New Home Build in Mount Pleasant.

Exterior Painting
For the exterior, we used Sherwin Williams’ top-quality Duration paint in the shade French Canvas. The siding was finished with a satin sheen, while the trim was highlighted with a striking gloss finish to add depth and durability.

Interior Painting
The interior featured an extensive color palette with 12 distinct shades. We utilized Benjamin Moore products and expertly color-matched five stunning Farrow & Ball colors. The finishes were tailored to each space, with White Dove applied in matte for walls and trim, and eggshell finishes for the other colors. The rooms were transformed using these thoughtfully selected hues:
