LIME was hired by a home owner to do an interior painting for a residential coach house in Andersonville as the current tenants were moving out and a family member of the property owner was moving in. The scope included painting of the walls, select ceiling, and select trim throughout the entire house.
We started with our standard prep of all surfaces to ensure a smooth and consistent finish. A couple of key areas were the walls of the staircase going to the second floor; after 10+ years of the previous tenants’ consistent foot traffic, those walls were in need of a number of repairs.

We worked with the home owner while they were out of state to ensure everything was done to their satisfaction and completed within the week as they requested. This job needed a quick turn around, as the previous tenants moved out at the end of October and the home owner was moving in at the beginning of November. While they were moving in, the movers accidentally damaged a few walls. We were able to fix-up the damaged areas the following day. We’re looking forward to doing even more work with them in 2026!
