Lakeview Interior and Kitchen Cabinet Restoration

LIME was contracted to do an interior painting project for a repeat customer in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, IL. This included painting a combination of walls, ceilings, and trim in various upstairs areas, as well as painting the walls and cabinets in the kitchen and dining areas.

Products used were as follows: Regal Eggshell for walls Ben Moore Waterborne Ceiling Paint Ultra Flat for Ceilings, Advance Semi-Gloss for Trim, and ILVA Lacquer for the cabinets. Paint colors for the walls and cabinets were:

• HC-145 Woodlawn Blue for the Primary Bedroom
• 834 Bright & Early for the Primary Bathroom
• CSP-95 Sea Salt for the 2nd floor family room continuing down the stairwell to the back entry, dining room, and kitchen
• CC-170 Mount Saint Anne for the vestibule between the kitchen and living room in the first floor
• OC-17 White Dove Gloss for the upper kitchen cabinets
• CSP-685 Stained Glass for the lower kitchen cabinets

As the home was occupied during the project, regular communication with the clients was vital to minimize the disruption to their lives. In addition, the cabinet doors and drawer faces were removed and taken off site to spray them in a booth. The client was great to work with and thrilled with the finished product!
