Lakewood-Balmoral Home. For this traditional colonial home constructed in 1905, we did a full exterior repaint with a complete color change. The client worked with our color consultant to choose the right color scheme that included adding lovely red accents around the dental molding.
We used Duration® Exterior Paint from Sherwin-Williams throughout the project for its long-lasting performance to create the total transformation. For the floor and steps, we went with Porch & Floor enamel from Sherwin-Williams, for its exceptional block and dirt resistance for high-traffic areas.
Additionally, there was an extensive rebuild of the front wooden railings, which required our skilled carpenters.
