LIME Painting was hired by a homeowner to refresh the exterior of their residential home in Rogers Park with a complete stucco painting project. The scope of work included painting all exterior stucco surfaces, along with repairing and filling cracks in the existing stucco coating to create a smooth, long-lasting finish.
As with every project, we began with thorough surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion and a consistent, high-quality result.
For this exterior painting project, we used Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP, a premium masonry coating designed for stucco surfaces, in the color White Sand (SW 9582).
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the homeowner to ensure every detail met their expectations. The exterior transformation was completed to their satisfaction over the course of two weeks during the summer of 2025.
