Professionalism Lance and his team are exceptionally professional and, without a doubt, the hardest-working team I have ever worked with. All tasks were on time and according to specifications. There were no unexpected hassles or cost variations beyond what was initially discussed and agreed upon. Innovative Problem Solving Lance often provided creative, cost-effective solutions to complex problems, ensuring lasting results. Where other contractors might insist on replacing entire parts at significant cost, Lance works with original equipment manufacturers to order only the necessary components. For example, he managed to repair over several door locks and a steam sauna unit without the need for costly replacements. His engineering background and versatility across woodworking, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and irrigation systems allowed him to offer comprehensive and integrated solutions. This avoids the common issue of having to parcel out different jobs to multiple contractors. Commitment to Excellence Lance is not satisfied until a problem is completely resolved. He holds himself and his team to the highest standards, ensuring that every issue is properly addressed before considering the job done. From the moment I started working with them, I’ve been impressed by their professionalism and the way they treat their clients. Here’s a quick story that shows their dedication: after Lance’s team finished a job, someone accidentally stained the pavers while the work was still curing. Lance could have easily left it for the client to deal with, but he chose to fix it himself, even though it wasn’t his fault. That kind of commitment is hard to find. As a subcontractor for Lance, I do a lot of prep work for Lime Painting, like house washes before painting. He was always available throughout the process and worked well with our realtor. Work crews were professional, diligent, and responsive to requests, completing the project in a timely fashion. Lime has plenty of resources and was able to provide contractors to do small jobs (e.g. cabinet repair, door refurbishing) which came up while the larger project was in progress. I was grateful for the creative and cost-effective solutions that the Lime team implemented during the project. Lance served as project manager for all of our work and coordinated carpeting and cleaning resources for as well.
