Tyler is a native of Denver and a graduate of Colorado State University. Before LIME Painting became a franchise company, Tyler was the General Manager of the Denver and Boulder locations and was thrilled when the CEO welcomed him to become an owner. He is currently the most tenured owner at LIME and was recently recognized as Franchise Multi-Unit Owner of The Year by the International Franchise Association in 2022.
Tyler’s goal as a kid was to become a major league baseball player or run a family-owned business. While his 78 mile per hour fast ball did not lead him to the big leagues, he is living out his dream by working with his mom, brother, and wife, by serving the wonderful people of Boulder and Northern Colorado.
For fun, Tyler enjoys spending time with family, hiking, biking, camping, and traveling. He loves all things college football, NBA, and MLB.
Amanda is a second generation Colorado native. She strives to be the best version of herself in every role she fulfills: wife, mother, business owner, friend, etc. For example, she attended Smoky Hill High School in Aurora, Colorado, where she graduated as Valedictorian. In college, she had the same success graduating with a near 4.0 (she got a B+ in a graduate level biology class – so she is a slacker 😉 ).
At LIME, she provides expertise on her clients’ coating systems, as well as audits jobs to ensure quality. Additionally, she acts as our risk manager making sure we have protocols in place to protect our artists (gutters specialists, carpenters, painters, masons, etc.). She married her high school sweetheart, Tyler, and has two beautiful daughters. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, and working on creative home improvement projects. We believe you will have a wonderful experience partnering with Amanda on your property needs.
As the Executive Assistant for LIME Painting of Northern Colorado (Boulder/Fort Collins), Bev Fuss organizes and coordinates all administrative functions for the production department in their day-to-day activities. She has spent most of her career in the admin field and enjoys helping others. Bev elected to have this picture uploaded of her, as she loves “delivering happiness” to clients by dropping off Key Lime Pies, or other fun goodies. Coming from Tennessee originally Bev has lived in Colorado most of her adult life and loves camping in this beautiful state. She also loves spending time with family and enjoys playing the piano, cooking, decorating, arts & crafts and golf, although not necessarily in that order. Bev feels very fortunate to be able to work with her two sons, Tyler and Matt, and daughter-in-law, Amanda, in this great family business.
Matt began his career with LIME in the Boulder County territory with his brother Tyler. As a Visual Reality Consultant, Matt assesses, advises and audits projects on behalf of builders, commercial properties, and homeowners. Matt has excelled in his role as a Visual Reality Consultant and already has partnered with his brother on starting the process of opening LIME Painting locations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and southern Colorado. Matt has lived in and out of Colorado but has spent 35 years in the greater Denver Metro area. When Matt isn’t pushing himself and his knowledge in the realm of home restoration, he is an active member of his community. Matt is passionate about sports, hiking 14ers, golf, traveling, photography, and spending time with his family!
Jon is a Colorado native who grew up in the Fort Collins area. He spent time in Southern California competing in Acrobatic Gymnastics, where he earned a silver medal at the 2006 Flanders International Cup. While there, he also completed a marketing degree and started a family before returning to Northern Colorado in 2018.
Jon joined LIME Painting of Northern Colorado and worked his way up to become General Manager in 2024. He now leads the team in delivering exceptional results for homeowners and businesses across the region.
With over a decade of experience helping clients navigate complex projects and find the right solutions, Jon brings a hands-on, service-first approach to every engagement. His background in business operations and project management ensures that each client receives clear communication, attention to detail, and a finished product they can be proud of.
Outside of work, Jon and his wife are raising their five children in Wellington, where he is actively involved as a community volunteer and serves at Foothills Baptist Church in Loveland. He also still finds time to hit the slopes as a volunteer ski patroller at Loveland Ski Area.

Steven is an Account Manager with LIME painting. He loves his job because one of his biggest passions is making connections and helping others. He chose to work with LIME because their values align with his and he can be confident that everyone involved will take care of their coworkers and clients.
He graduated from CSU with a BS in clinical and counseling psychology and a minor in philosophy (go Rams). He lives in Fort Collins with his beautiful wife, Danielle and his five rescue animals. He is from the Bay area and loves anything sports and culture from that region. He has a background in mixed martial arts and is an established artist in the Fort Collins area. Steven is an avid skier and he loves being in nature, especially in the mountains or by water. He believes that every day is a gift and strives to always get better.

Jess serves as the Admin Assistant supporting both the Colorado and Phoenix teams at LIME Painting. With a background in project coordination, customer service, and administrative support, she helps keep teams organized, responsive, and client-focused throughout every stage of a project.
Jess assists with scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day operations to help create a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. She enjoys being part of a company that values professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and strong relationships.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with family, golfing, running, and staying organized in every aspect of life. She believes positivity, communication, and attention to detail are key to creating an exceptional client experience.
