We had an excellent experience hiring Lime Painting! They provided wonderful customer service from start to finish. They were very thorough and took the time to discuss issues and help select paint colors. You get what you pay for with Lime painting. Their price was surprisingly good, but the quality of the work and amount of baby sitting we had to do to get them to finish with decent quality was very high. Multiple times things were painted the wrong color/missed, nearly every window had missed white spots because of laziness and not removing screens/adjusting how open the window was to be able to paint it all, paint chipped immediately in many places due to insufficient stripping, etc.

The cherry on top though that prompted me to finally leave a review and sully their (undeserved IMO) pristine reviews is their followup when paint immediately began chipping. We have a door way with some abrasion from a piece of plastic weather stripping. The paint immediately chipped, which they repainted but didn't address the problem. When I reached out about it again after the job was fully paid, an up charge was requested to address the issue.

I'll note they also broke on our our windows. Though they did pay to have it fixed, i had to remind them a half dozen times to get them to come finish painting after the broken window was replaced.

Short version; lime pricing is good, the quality is fine if you're willing to babysit their mediocre contractors, and once you finish paying for the job the quality of customer service goes down quickly. Honestly not a bad deal, but I think their reviews are inflated.
