Exterior renovation on a historic home built in the 1890’s in Colorado Springs Old North End. The scope of work included replacing a large portion of the cedar shake shingles, safely removing lead paint, removing several layers of paint off the large wood porch, then staining to match the stained bead board ceiling, installing new gutters, and painting the entire outside of the home, including the trim, using a very thick high end type of paint that protects from Colorado’s dry climate and damaging UV rays.
