Cathedral Pines Beautiful Home Project
We had the pleasure of recently restoring a beautiful home in Cathedral Pines, a premier neighborhood in Black Forest, located in northeast Colorado Springs. This project consisted of exterior staining, stucco repair & coating, stamped concrete staining, & some DTM (Direct-to-Metal). This project was highlighted by the 4 different stains we used! Sikkens SRD in Natural for the T & G ceilings & siding. A Colorado based company called Sascho for the Logs on the home. This product is specifically designed & formulated for logs & beams. It cures with a highly elastomeric film, allowing movement within the wood. We used a solid stain on the fascia boards & on the garage doors. Last, we used Smith’s color floor masonry stain for the stamped concrete.

We offer a 12-month warranty on exterior paint (as well as the manufacturer warranties), with an option to extend the guarantee up to 36 months through our LIME Loyalty Membership package.
