There are a handful of projects that come along every now & then that are truly memorable & custom & this was one of those projects! We performed a complete transformation on this home in the prestigious Broadmoor area. We first met with our clients & discussed the different options for the brick on this home. All they knew was that they were tired of the orange & brown look as it was very outdated. We provided our clients with multiple color consultations with both a designer as well as members from our team. Through the process we helped our clients select Romabio Limewash for the brick, with paints & stains from Sherwin Williams. We executed a truly custom application by limewashing all of their brick. We painted their gutters & roofline trim with Duration from Sherwin Williams. We stained their wood siding & casings with Superdeck, also from Sherwin Williams. We painted the metal substrates around the home with DTM. We also coated their stamped concrete with a couple of shades of grey to tie everything together! This was truly a custom transformation that we are extremely proud of!
