Recent clients of ours chose LIME for an entire restoration of all their exterior substrates on their beautiful home. We started the project by patching all of the crumbling stucco & cracks on the stucco system. After that, we coated all stucco surface areas with Loxon XP from Sherwin Williams. Next, we stained all of the wood trim on the home with Sikkens SRD in Cedar, including all fascia, soffits, T&G ceilings, Gable Beams, posts, lentils, garage doors & door trim. We also painted their gutters, light sconces, metal railings, accent plates & a small roof with a DTM paint from Sherwin Williams in 3 different colors to match the existing metal around the property. Last, we did a complete refurbishing of their beautiful Mahogany entry door & sidelights. We sanded the door down to bare wood, stained it with a robust wiping stain, & put 3 coats of a Spar Urethane to protect the door for years to come.
