We recently completed a large exterior commercial painting project in the well-known Oracle Buildings Complex in Colorado Springs. We first had our mason out to resurface 3 large walls, as well as skim several ledges around the complex that had experienced hail damage. Next, we coated all stucco surface areas with a color match with an elastomeric coating. Last, we obtained a custom color of the new charcoal roofs that were installed so we could paint the fascia, gutters & downspouts to match. This was a very large project that had heights of 45 feet & required a lift rental. We finished this project in just over 2 weeks.
