We had the pleasure of updating both the interior & exterior of this 5,000+ sqft home. First, we repainted all of the walls, ceilings & trim in the interior. They had an outdated beige on the walls & ceilings throughout the home. The homeowner wanted something a little more modern, so we chose a couple of different shades of gray. A lighter grey for most of the walls & ceilings & a darker grey for some of the accent bays/walls. We also repainted all of the trim & doors inside the home.
For the exterior, we completely restored about 85% of all of the stucco on the home by providing a skim coat over the walls with moderate to severe cracking. After that process, we repainted the entire home, trim & stucco, also giving it a more updated, modern color scheme.
