Recently used Lime Painting again for my home improvements in preparation for sale. Lance and his team are the goto people if you are looking for timely, quality and cost effective work. A lengthy review, but worth it based on almost six months of engagement.

Professionalism
Lance and his team are exceptionally professional and, without a doubt, the hardest-working team I have ever worked with. All tasks were on time and according to specifications. There were no unexpected hassles or cost variations beyond what was initially discussed and agreed upon.

Innovative Problem Solving
Lance often provided creative, cost-effective solutions to complex problems, ensuring lasting results. Where other contractors might insist on replacing entire parts at significant cost, Lance works with original equipment manufacturers to order only the necessary components. For example, he managed to repair over several door locks and a steam sauna unit without the need for costly replacements.

His engineering background and versatility across woodworking, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and irrigation systems allowed him to offer comprehensive and integrated solutions. This avoids the common issue of having to parcel out different jobs to multiple contractors.

Lance is not satisfied until a problem is completely resolved. He holds himself and his team to the highest standards, ensuring that every issue is properly addressed before considering the job done.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! From the moment I started working with them, I’ve been impressed by their professionalism and the way they treat their clients.

Here’s a quick story that shows their dedication: after Lance’s team finished a job, someone accidentally stained the pavers while the work was still curing. Lance could have easily left it for the client to deal with, but he chose to fix it himself, even though it wasn’t his fault. That kind of commitment is hard to find.

Lime painting did an outstanding job assisting us with preparing our house for sale.  Lance prepared multiple estimates and worked closely with us on adjustments to scope.  He was always available throughout the process and worked well with our realtor.  Work crews were professional, diligent, and responsive to requests, completing the project in a timely fashion.  Lime has plenty of resources and was able to provide contractors to do small jobs (e.g. cabinet repair, door refurbishing) which came up while the larger project was in progress.  I was grateful for the creative and cost-effective solutions that the Lime team implemented during the project.  Lance served as project manager for all of our work and coordinated carpeting and cleaning resources for as well. LIME Painting of Houston - WOW!!! I can not say enough good things about that company!! We had contracted them to paint the exterior of our house and the back porch.  Lance and Connor were superb!! Lime Painting did an excellent Job on the interior of my Home. It was a great experience. I highly recommend using Lime Painting. I had a couple areas that needed sheet rock repair, the crews fixed the sheet rock, they did a great job you cant tell where the patches are. They had very competitive pricing. They will be my first call for my painting needs in the future. I also will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. Top Notch.
